Located on an island on Lake Rosseau, this 19th-century cottage was a passion project for our clients, who spent four years painstakingly restoring the building to its original beauty. To reflect our clients’ preppy, fun and eccentric personalities, Anne filled the intimate basswood-lined rooms with vibrant hues, layered Indian prints and patterns, and painted vintage rattan, throwing in modern silhouettes for unexpected contrast. “Wistowe is a fabulous throwback to family traditions and old-school charm,” she says.
