When it comes to a preppy palette, no color combination springs so easily to mind as pink and green. Overlooking Miami’s Biscayne Bay, this grand Spanish villa had an adjacent recording studio that wasn’t meeting our clients’ needs for hosting family and friends. We tore down the studio and replaced it with a 760 square-foot bungalow. Anne had free rein to realize her vision of a pink and green palette inspired by fashion icon Lily Pulitzer. “It’s easy to take a risk with a guest house,” she says. “It’s a nod to the past and it’s just about going for it!”
