Georgian Refined
This circa 1926 home belongs to a Toronto-based archeologist who desired a refined oasis. “Our brief was to create a quietly luxurious landscape to showcase our client’s modern art collection,” says Anne. The result is an icy grey palette and a clever juxtaposition of masculine and feminine, and traditional and modern elements. Anne used plush velvet upholstery, rich textures, and subtle geometric patterns to animate the neutral scheme: “It’s a home perfectly suited to an exacting professional.”
