It also had to be kid and dog-friendly. “To balance these competing desires, we focused on creating a seamless flow throughout the home,” Anne says. “We did this by using a neutral color scheme of soft grays and creams with practical materials in high-traffic/high-use areas, as well as practical fabrics in plush upholstery.” To add a personal touch, we incorporated many mementos from their favorite trips abroad.
