Nude might be the new black, despite what we’re hearing about orange. Though there’s a wide spectrum of shades that qualify as nude (see The Nudes Collection by Christian Louboutin – launched last fall and encompasses 5 “flavours” complete with an iPhone app to help you determine the right one for your gams), most of us think of pale taupes and blush pink. Soft and flattering, nude is a gorgeous wall colour, a cozy sofa or a delicious accent. Highlighted with textures like sheepskins or cool, sleek metallic finishes, nude can warm a white room like nothing else. Here’s one situation where sunscreen need not apply…
